Clay Alligood – Born in New York but raised in the south, currently residing in Birmingham, Alabama, Clay is a life-long student of drums and percussion with performance experiences ranging from competition Drum and Bugle Corps (DCI), to classical and jazz ensembles, to traditional and contemporary worship ensembles. A former scholarship holder at Jacksonville State University (Jacksonville, Alabama) studying percussion, jazz, and music education, he has opportunities with live performances and recording sessions with various artists. When Clay is not spending time with his beautiful wife and two daughters, he holds down a day job as a Computer Systems/Network Administrator at Martin Retail Group, he is the drummer for multiple worship ensembles at Shades Mountain Baptist Church, a percussion educator and freelance player.
